They ensure that we meet our commitments in terms of delivery times and quality. They also receive regular training, particularly in stowage and safety.
Nationally, they are active within Belgium or rail-road activities.

Our financial employees
Our accountants have a variety of tasks: encoding supplier invoices, paying them, recording account statements, etc. Naturally, they are in contact with the suppliers and departments concerned if they have any questions about approvals or allocations.

Our customers want us to deliver on time. We want our customers to meet agreed payment terms. Our receivables employees ensure that invoices are paid on time. They act as intermediaries with our credit insurance partner, who protects our company against bad payers and payment defaults.

As part of our ecological approach, we have opted for electronic invoicing of our services. Our commercial team
Our external sales staff, who specialise in logistics, are tasked with prospecting for new customers or new markets, based on a corporate strategy. They also manage their portfolio of existing customers and draw up quotations and respond to invitations to tender. They listen to customers about the company’s performance and growth potential. They create the link between customers and the operational teams. They act as ambassadors of the company’s values to customers.
Our commercial team
Our inside sales employees work closely with outside sales and operational departments to ensure that existing customer accounts are well managed. They seek out new business opportunities and make contact with potential prospects. They help manage calls for tender and prepare price quotations. They take care of integrating and monitoring prices and various surcharges in our system.
Our students
Our students are mainly involved in washing trucks and semi-trailers in our truck-washes, on Fridays during the day and Saturdays in the morning. They also help to maintain the surrounding area. They are under contract, ideally on a long-term basis.
We also periodically hire students during the summer to sort and tidy archives.
Our IT team
The main role of our IT staff is to provide technical support to internal users. They are also responsible for the proper management of hardware and IT infrastructure and ensure the efficiency and modernisation of systems. They are also involved in the company’s further modernisation and development projects.
Our logistic team
Our warehouse staff ensure that storage is well organised, optimising the space available. They take account of customers’ storage requirements and methods, and organise incoming and outgoing orders. They are responsible for the smooth organisation of transhipment activities in our warehouses, optimising them as much as possible. They are responsible for the proper management of transshipped goods, in compliance with the safety standards in place. They are in constant contact with the team of forklift drivers, the drivers and the planning department.
Our logistic team
Our forklift drivers are responsible for loading and unloading goods in our warehouses. They transport the goods with proper equipment and in complete safety, according to established schedules. They ensure that drivers leave the warehouses with the goods properly secured. They are responsible for the proper management of stocks, incoming and outgoing goods, based on documented information.
For the intermodal activity at our Bierset site, our polyvalent workers also maintain the swap bodies and check them before the departure of trains.

Our mechanics
Our workshop managers are responsible for keeping our fleet in good condition. In particular, they coordinate the scheduling of maintenance and technical inspections, and manage stocks of replacement parts. They coordinate optimised tyre management with our partner. They organise and coordinate breakdown repairs in the various countries where we operate.
Our mechanics
Our mechanics take care of the maintenance and repairs of our trailers. They also carry out minor repairs (mirrors, etc.) and check the various levels (oil, water, etc.) of the trucks to minimise wasted time. We are aware that our image to your customers is important and do everything possible to reflect a good image. Truck maintenance is carried out by our dealer partners.
Our HR team
Our HR employees are responsible for recruiting and integrating new staff, managing personnel administration (contracts, social documents, etc.), managing payments, as well as training and skills development.
They work closely with operational staff to ensure a good understanding of the business and the challenges facing the company.
Our QHSE responsible
Our QHSE employee is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with internal quality and safety standards, since we are ISO 45001 certified. In particular, she ensures that safety rules are respected at all levels. As we are increasingly committed to the environment and sustainable development, she is involved in our corporate social responsibility policy and participates in the concrete actions taken in this area.
