Applicable throughout the European Union from 25 May 2018, the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) strengthens the rights of European residents over their data and makes all those involved in processing that data more responsible.
The regulation imposes specific obligations on data controllers.
As part of the GDPR / RGPD compliance process, we can confirm that the best practices have been taken into account and that the required measures have been implemented as of 25/05/2018.
Please note that there is no such thing as ‘GDPR Compliance’, but rather an ongoing process to protect personal data.
Your personal data, collected as part of our past or present professional relationships, is kept in our database for internal management purposes. It may be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our contracts, but never for commercial or promotional purposes.
The length of time they are kept depends on the type of data and our internal rules. After the stipulated retention period, it is automatically destroyed.
If you would like more information about your own personal data, please contact us at vieprivee@magetra.com (Magetra) or vieprivee@palifor.eu (Palifor). In particular, you can request our full ‘privacy notice’. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 15 days.
As part of the GDPR regulations, we also expect our contacts to treat any personal data that may be shared with them with the utmost care. We require all our contacts to comply with the GDPR. Should we suffer any damage as a result of any of our contacts failing to comply with the GDPR regulations, all damages will be passed on to the defaulting contact.
